Our website offers contact forms that can be used to get in touch with us. The data provided in the contact form is recorded for the purpose of processing or contacting the person concerned. French law shall be the only law applicable to the relations between a user and the company.

In the event of a dispute arising between the parties due to the execution or interpretation of these terms, the parties agree that any claim will be subject to a prior formal notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt before any legal action.

Each party may then, after a period of 10 days following the sending of the letter referred to in the previous paragraph without response, initiate any necessary proceedings.

The competent court will then be determined according to common law rules.

We do not collect any geolocation information, and the only data processed by us is anonymized. Since we do not process any data that can individually identify you, the data collected is not subject to personal data regulations.

BESTHERM holds the rights to all elements posted on the site (including texts, images, documents, excluding elements submitted by users), which are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Furthermore, BESTHERM holds all rights to the databases created via the site, which may notably contain information submitted by the user.

BESTHERM is also the owner of the trademark "Bestherm," which has been registered with the EUIPO under number 017996990, as well as regularly registered domain names.

The user is therefore forbidden to copy, reproduce, or distribute all or part of the site, in any form whatsoever, without prior written authorization from the company.

In general, the user is prohibited from infringing on all intellectual property rights belonging to the company.

The company reminds that any harm to the integrity and proper functioning of the site may result in the liability of its author.
