Our website offers contact forms that may be used to get in touch with us. The data submitted via the contact form is recorded for the purpose of processing your enquiry or contacting the person concerned. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
French law shall be the sole applicable law governing relations between a user and the company.
In the event of a dispute arising between the parties in connection with the performance or interpretation of these terms, the parties agree that, prior to any legal proceedings, any claim shall be subject to a formal notice sent by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt.
Either party may thereafter, following a period of 10 days from the sending of the aforementioned letter which has remained unanswered, initiate any appropriate legal proceedings.
The competent court shall then be determined in accordance with the applicable rules of common law.
WHAT PROTECTIVE MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?
We do not collect any geolocation data, and the only data processed by us is anonymised. As we do not process any data that would allow you to be individually identified, the data collected does not fall within the scope of personal data regulations.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
BESTHERM holds all rights to the content published on the website (including in particular texts, images and documents, excluding content submitted by users), which are protected under French and international intellectual property law.
Furthermore, BESTHERM holds all rights to the databases created via the website, which may include information submitted by users.
BESTHERM is also the owner of the "Bestherm" trademark, registered with the EUIPO under number 017996990, and of duly registered domain names.
Users are therefore prohibited from copying, reproducing or distributing all or any part of the website, in any form whatsoever, without prior written authorisation from the company.
In general, users are prohibited from infringing any of the intellectual property rights belonging to the company.
