APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
French law will be the sole law applicable to relations between a user and the company.
In the event of a dispute arising between the parties as a result of the performance or interpretation of these provisions, the parties agree, before taking any legal action, that any claim must first be the subject of a formal notice sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Each party may then, after a period of 10 days following the dispatch of the letter referred to in the preceding paragraph without a response, initiate any appropriate proceedings.
The competent court will then be determined in accordance with the rules of ordinary law.
